To some people, virtualizing Mac OS X is easy..... installing VirtualBox v3.2.0, grasping a retail Mac OS X Snow Leopard DVD, downloading a few files from the internet and following my guide. It shouldn't take too long before you can have your Mac OS X guest running. If you are among this group of people, then you are lucky!

To other people, virtualizing Mac OS X is tough... installing VirtualBox v3.2.0, grasping a retail Mac OS X Snow Leopard DVD, downloading a few files from the internet and following my guide. However, results are unexpected.... kernel panic, VM hang, unknown errors are what they see. If you are among this group of people, don't give up! There are many experienced users that are really nice and willing to give us a helping hand!

For many of the issues to be discussed here, I believe I will never encounter them (as I don't own the same hardware as you, and I run neither a real Linux host nor a real Mac OS X host). What I am stating here is what I have learnt and found in the internet while setting up a VM for running Mac OS X guest.

Please let me know if there are any errors, mistakes or you want to share something with us!

Stay tuned.... articles will be posted soon...
